Pre-Appointment
• All Consultations will be virtual unless absolutely necessary
• A Covid Questionnaire must be filled out prior to your scheduled appointment and brought with you the day of. (instructions will be sent to fill out electronically and printing can be done on site)
• New Client Paperwork sent (to be signed and dated upon arrival)
• 24 hour well check call
Appointment Arrival
• All Clients must wait in car until called in for appointment
• All Clients must wear Mask (available for purchase at location if forgotten)
• Touchless Temperature Check. Any person reading or exceeding 100.4 degrees MUST reschedule
• No additional guests or children unless medically necessary
• Limited personal belongings (individual client bins designated in each room)
• No Food or drink with the exception of bottled water (available by request at location; Coffee should not be consumed prior to your appointment)
Studio Protocols
• Employees temp checked upon arrival
• Employees must wash hands upon entering facility and after each client
• Appointment Only
• One Technician / One Client per room
• 15 Minute window between each client for sanitation
• Face coverings to be used at all times (available: Masks, Glasses, Shields, Goggles)
• All Employees must pass a Covid-19 Certification Course in addition to all other prevention and infection control certification courses
• Touchless Hand Sanitation Stations in every room
• No Reception area (pre payment, electronic transfer payment highly encouraged)
• Technician to handle client from start to finish
• Client entrance limited to 5050 A entrance
• Employee entrance limited to 5050 B Entrance
• Continued use of Industrial cleaners and disinfectants
• Continued use of Disposable gowns and bed coverings
• Covid Notices posted on doors and through out studio
